Senta is our client portal, any documents you would like to send to us, for security reasons, please upload them to the Senta Portal. If you forget your login, there is a ‘forgot password’ link on the page. If you have any further issues with using Senta, or getting in, please contact Susan.
BrightPay Connect is the tool we use to share all the information regarding your payroll with you, all payslips, P32s, P45s, P60s, holiday etc are all available through the Connect Portal to both you and your employees. If you have any problems accessing the information you are after, please contact Lina.
Xero is our preferred bookkeeping software, whether you are doing your own bookkeeping or if we are doing it for you. If you have any problems or queries with your account or bookkeeping, please contact Robyn, our Xero Queen.
HubDoc is the tool we use to help streamline the bookkeeping process, when we don’t have to spend time doing the manual data entry, we can spend more time thinking about what might help you! As HubDoc is part of the Xero suite, Robyn is your lady if you have any problems or queries.
The Old SGW portal – we will be decommissioning this portal at some point, but as there is still data on there, we have left access open for the moment. If you are still using this link, please make sure you are all setup on Senta, because we won’t be supporting this for much longer. Any queries on the ‘old SGW portal’ please contact Julie for assistance.
SGW Training:
This is our temporary training page for Xero, eventually it will all be moved across to the main training website and you will be given a ‘proper’ login. In the meantime, please email xero@sgwaccountancy.co.uk to get the password to get into it, or ask any of the team. Please note you must be a client to access this page!
This is our new training portal – all clients get free access to the online training and 50% discount on all ticketed events.
